Bob has overseen the development of over 50 single family homes and developed over 3,500 lots.

Bill is a third generation general contractor. His father and grandfather were both General Contractors and Master Carpenters in Napa Valley, California. He grew up being mentored by them in general contracting and finish carpentry.Bill was taught that work reflected the family name,Quality was the family Trademark.
